Do you know that your body creates a kind of vibration? The sound that your body produces and the movements you make, produce a certain type of beat. This sound connects you to the rest of the world.
Everything in the Universe creates a certain kind and level of vibration, including the words people speak. For centuries, people have used vibrations to help find inner healing. While words are often used for prayer, the more profound truth is that they can be used to share a story that speaks of the deeper truth.
Another way that words can be influential is when they are used as healing mantras. The mantras for healing diseases can be short phrases that carry a powerful healing vibration. Most of the time, they are words that send out positive messages to transform people’s perspective of things and situations.
What’s your favorite healing mantra? There are so many mantras to choose from, but not all of them...
How do you feel at the moment? Your awareness and appreciation for what is happening in your life right now are just a few things that mean you live mindfully. Training the mind to focus on what is happening in the moment is an important tool in living a happy and healthy life.
Clarity and focus are the two mindfulness skills that you learn in mindfulness and meditation practice. It fosters your ability to live in the moment and, in the process, let go of the past worries. It is all about an expression of gratitude to the goodness you have in your life right now.
And yet, mindful thinking is easier said than done. Distraction is all around us, and it's just a hard habit to break. Even while you are walking, traveling, or eating, your mind is usually thinking of something else.
When it is a constant battle between what is happening now and what you are thinking, is it possible to practice mindfulness at all? How do you train the mind to...
What does it take to overcome past trauma? How do you teach yourself to move on from the pain even when no apology ever comes your way? Pain and disappointment are a natural part of life. Everyone deals with their own kind of pain, each one seemingly worse than the last.
And because conflict makes every story intriguing and truly interesting, it makes journaling therapy a valuable addition to life. Emotional writing is what will keep you going. It will make you deal with the pain to hopefully find true inner healing.
Everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. What may seem like a simple coping mechanism could turn out to be the most significant part of moving on. Sometimes, the methods of coping for others may not work for us, but that’s okay.
Each person has to find a way to express themselves and how they feel. The goal is to make sure that your feelings are dealt...
My wife Katie and I have been living through synchronicity for a few years now. We have two children (a one-year-old boy and a three and a half-year-old girl) and live in Sedona, Arizona. We moved to Sedona after a series of synchronistic events led us to do so, having only spent a few days visiting the year before.
Today, we manage our day-to-day life fairly rigidly in the sense that we have non-negotiables that each of us must do every day, every week, and every month. This might sound counterintuitive to the idea of living through synchronicity. But it is not.
See, living through synchronicity is not the most natural path to take initially. However, there is a knowingness that one experiences when doing this. This knowingness takes an enormous amount of trust in yourself and beliefs in yourself AS the experience of which you are both aware and unaware.
You are saying that when you begin to make larger and larger life decisions...
What are you worried about at the moment? If you think of the past and all the pain it has caused, you are not helping yourself. Holding on to the pain or nursing a grudge against what others have done to you isn't going to make anything better.
Set yourself free—this is what most people would tell you. But then, the truth is that the act of letting go is easier said than done. Don't you just wish things were different? When it comes to dealing with the past, there is nothing else you can do to help yourself but to let go of everything.
When you accept whatever it is that is holding you back, you will be able to process it, accept it, and eventually let go of it. That's how you bring about change in your life.
You are hurting now because you are thinking about what hurt you in the past. You are worried that it might happen again. You think that forgiving those who have hurt only allows them to hurt you again.

Where would you be at this time if not for the pandemic? Perhaps like everyone else, you wish you were somewhere else, far from where you are today. Like many, you have had to cancel plans until the quarantine, and all other travel orders have been lifted if they’ve been lifted at all in your area.
It is quite hard to keep the hope of life amidst this pandemic. The uncertainty that it brings about seems like something that came out straight from your favorite apocalypse movie. And yet, it is something real. The threat is real, and it has put your life and the lives of those you love at significant risk.
Who would have thought that this pandemic would put everything on hold? Who would have thought it would create the kind of chaos that people would start to wonder how to find hope?
The key to finding hope in this difficult time is to learn how to not lose hope. You need to tell yourself that good...
As much as everyone wants to embrace positivity in their lives, unfortunately, there is an equal presence of negativity. Sadly, negativity can come in many forms. They could be things, people, and situations that make you feel bad about yourself.
Cutting people off may not have been your thing before, but you may want to consider it. The negative thoughts and emotions that these people bring in your life can draw up a barricade that hinders your growth.
The toxic people at work can also drain the life out of you. They use up your time and influence your spiritual well-being, causing you to feel bad about things that may or may not concern you. When your positive energy interacts with the negative energies around you, your human body will absorb the negativity instead of repelling it.
When you come to work feeling all light and happy, and as soon as you speak to that person who is always swimming with negative...

A pandemic, quarantine, there is a lot of fear and anxiety right now in the world. How do we continue to develop spiritually and keep our inner peace? The first thing to remember is that even though things seem unstable, our perception dictates our reality. If you believe that we should be afraid or worried, that will become our reality. But if we can see things differently, then we can live in the present moment without fear. Fear is present in the mind when the ego believes it can be destroyed. The way to approach dealing with this is remembering that we are not the body, but we are a soul living in a human experience. Fear is developed over the course of many years of conditioning by the ego. As children, we don’t know what fear is until we learn it. How does this realization help us now? By letting go of fear, fear of tomorrow, fear of death, we free ourselves so that peace can come through.

How do you feel at the moment? Does it feel like you have a lot going on, and don't know if it's where you want to be? Even though you're overwhelmed with your responsibilities, your state of confusion may be because you lack inner peace.
Spiritual peace says a lot about who you are and your state of mind at the moment. What used to be an ephemeral concept about the brain and how it processes things has now become a full-fledged study about achieving inner peace.
Whether it is about making a life-changing decision or just worried about what the future may bring, you are not alone. Many others are like you. They worry about the future too. They are bothered by their past, making it seemingly impossible to just concentrate on what is happening now.
Cultivating inner peace means allowing yourself to learn more about who you are as a person. It is all about experiencing life as it happens to you, not knowing what the future...
